Billy Wayne Baird, 82, of Marion, died March 10, 2014, at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services in Salem. He was a member of Mexico Baptist Church and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by two daughters, Carol Belt of Marion, and Judy Cosby of Marion; four grandchildren, Kyle Cosby of Marion, Scott Belt of Marion, Abbie Belt of Marion and Josh Cosby of Marion; and a great-grandchild, Landon Belt of Marion.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Belt; his parents, Virgil L. and Effie Marie Baird; a brother and two sisters.
Services were Wednesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion with interment in Mexico Cemetery.
