Further "I bind the hands of Peter Pitts in case I shall make him my husband to perform the conditions of this deed unless the hand of God do disable him...I intend he shall maintain my two children...until they come to the age of 15 or 16 years...and they are not to expect their portions till they come of age or be otherwise disposed of in marriage....In case God should take away one of my sons by death, the survivor shall enjoy the portion of his deceased brother, and in case both shall die" the property shall revert of the disposal of their mother.
