Naomi was the daughter of Martin and Maude Apland. Her father was a bank president in Bergen, ND and they later moved to Fargo, ND where he worked for credit corps as a field rep.
Naomi married Marvin Monson. They lived in Omaha, NE and both worked for a wholesale food company. Marvin was a manager and Naomi was a bookkeeper.
Naomi lived in Seattle, WA at the time of her death.
