He was born May 1, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Elbert Kenner Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Livingston Keener.
Johnny married Raquel Adela Yovera on August 5, 2005.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired as MSgt. Johnny was employed at HAFB.
Surviving are his wife Raquel, mother, brother and two sisters.
Preceded in death by his father.
Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
