Hicks F. Belcher, 64, died Sunday morning at his home near Poolesville.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Daisy L. Belcher, tow children, Margie Burgee of Rockville and James H. Belcher of Poolesville.
The following brothers and sisters, James Belcher of Dickerson, Laurie Powers of Gaithersburg, and Veronica Atkins of Beckley, W. Va., also survive.
Friends may call at the Hilton Funeral Home in Barnesville where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be made in Park Lawn cemetery in Rockville.
