He was a member of the Grace EUB Church, Hagerstown; Men's Bible Class, and Potomac Lodge No. 31, IOOF. He was employed at the Pangborn Corporation for about 20 years as a mechinist.
He is survived by his wife, Florence E. (Flynn) Price; daughters, Mrs. Catherine V. Baker, Hagerstown; Mrs. Dorothy E. Rider, Washingon, DC; son, Mervel L. Price, Hagerstown; brothers, Ira L., Hagerstown; Robert B., Orlando, Fl., Wiliam G., Berkeley Station, W.Va., Hobard, Alliance, Oh., Leslie L., Martinsburg, W.Va.; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
