BERG Doris (Dodo) Elizabeth Scothorn Berg passed away peacefully on February 26, 2014.Doris was born in Watertown, SD on June 1, 1921. She was married to Robert O. Berg who after 56 years of marriage preceded her in death. She was an avid seeker of spirituality and knowledge and considered herself to be a constant work in progress . She is survived by her children Robert Berg (Atlantic Beach, FL), Eric (Kathy) Berg (Yarrow Point, WA), Holly Scholl (Atlantic Beach, FL). She enjoyed strong relationships with her grandchildren-David Berg, Jeremy Berg, Chris (Bridget) Berg, Brendan Tyler (Megan) Berg, Stefanie (Tristan) Todd and great-grandchildren Miles & Sammy Berg, MacKenzie Todd and very recent arrival Lincoln Berg. A celebration service will be held at Serenata Beach Club in South Ponte Vedra Beach on March 15th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lalmba (lalmba.org), Community Hospice of NE Florida (Communityhospice.org), or Mercy Corps (mercycorps.org).
