William Keene of Rockford, formerly of Springfield, died yesterday morning at his residence at the age of 95 years. Born at Covington, England, Dec. 22, 1849, he was a member of the Illinois Watch Co's 30 Year club and was a charter member of Third Presbyterian church. Surviving are his wife, Catherine; three sons, Fred, William and Harry of Rockford; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
