WOODLAND — Susie (Carver) Curtis, 83, died Nov. 11,1995, at a Calais hospital after a brief illness. She was born in East Machias, Oct. 4, 1912, the daughter of George A. and Bessie E. (Foss) Carver. She was a past member of the Robbinston Grange No. 443. She was predeceased by her husband, Alton B. Curtis, April 11, 1978. She is survived by three brothers, Harold Carver of Baring, Leonard Carver of Hooksett, N.H., and Lawrence Carver of Wallingford, Conn.; three sisters, Lila Finegan of Havelock, N.C., Violet Marchetti of Edgewater, Fla., and Theoline Varney of Wallingford, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held l0 a.m. Tuesday at the Calais Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Hinton officiating. Funeral arrangements are by the Scott-Wilson
