Born in Reading, Pa., Mrs. Holcombe was a longtime Trenton-area resident.
She retired in 1971 as manager of date processing for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Surviving are a son, Wilford L. Holcombe Jr., with whom she resided, six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 7:30 p.m. Monday from the First United Methodist Church, 60 S. Main St., Pennington.
Burial will be Tuesday in Pennington Cemetery.
