She is survived by her spouse, Leslie Hazelton; children, Leslie Sutton, Debbie Otero, and Kathy Howe; five grandchildren, and a sister, Norma.Calling hours are Sunday, September 29 from 2 - 5 pm at Clark Funeral Home in Yorktown Heights. The funeral is Monday, September 30 at 11 am at Shrub Oak United Methodist Church in Shrub Oak. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor.
