Gordon E. Gibson, 69, of Sheboygan, died at his home on Monday, February 24, 2014. Born March 1, 1944, in Sheboygan, Gordon was a son of the late Eugene and Lillian Luedtke Gibson. Gordon served in the Army National Guard.

On November 12, 1966 he was united in marriage to Nancy O'Dell in Sheboygan.Gordon was a supervisor for the Mayline Company for 45 years, retiring in 2006. Prior to Mayline, Gordon was employed by the Sheboygan Press and J.C. Penny Company. He enjoyed trains, gardening, cars and reading.Gordon was a member of Sheboygan North Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witness.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Nancy; one son Gordon Gibson, California; two grandchildren, Christie Zimmerman, Sheboygan and Stephanie Gibson, Sheboygan; four sisters, Jeanette Downes, Grants Pass, OR, Gloria (Ralph) Weinberger, Cave Junction, OR, Mary Horn, Medford, OR, Loretta Dellenbach, Rhinelander, WI; one brother, George Peters, Kenosha, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Lillian and his brother, Victor Gibson.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
