Linda Sue Beam Beam, 67, of Cherryville, was a daughter of the late C. Grier and Lena Sue Brawley Beam. She was preceded in death by a infant daughter Laura Lee Beam, a son Charlie Beam, and a brother Joel Vincent Beam.
Linda was a homemaker, member of First United Methodist Church, and former Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed spending time at her lake house on Lake Norman, was a staunch supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970's, volunteered at the Blood Mobile for many years, and was very artistic and creative.
Interment in City Memorial Cemetery.
