Joyce Daisy Combs Barlow, 75 of Fin castle, died Wednesday, January 31, 1996. She was formerly of Route 3, North Wilkesboro, N.C. and a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Port Barlow. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Lee and Jack H. Long, Pompano Beach, Fla.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Lewis W. and Arlean J. Barlow, Fincastle, Clinton L. and Dusty G. Barlow, Nokesville, Va.; three grandsons, Greg A. Long, Pompano Beach, Fla., Clinton L. Barlow, Charlotte, N.C. and Andrew R. Barlow, Fincastle; a stepgranddaughter and husband, Leah and Anthony McIvor, Alexandria; sisters and brother-in-law, Georgi and Lance Eller, Only, Va., Gladys Satterfield, North Wilkesboro, N.C., Maude Wilcox, North Wilkesboro, N.C.; brother, Lincoln Combs, North Wilkesboro, N.C. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 3, 1996, at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home, North Wilkesboro, N.C. Interment will follow in Mount Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
