Mr. Billy W. Rhoades, 77, a resident of , Hermitage MO. Died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at University Of Arizona Medical Center South, Tucson, Arizona

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Slater Funeral Home, Trenton, MO with Rev. Jeff Rhoades officiating. Burial will be in Half Rock Cemetery, Half Rock, MO. Family visitation will be held at Slater Funeral Home on Wednesday Feb. 26, 2014 from 1:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Mr. Billy W. Rhoades was born August 02, 1936 in Princeton, MO, the son of Omar and Irene Cunningham Rhoades. He graduated from Military Schools. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 28 years of service during Korean Conflict, Vietnam Era, and Dessert Storm. He was a member of the V.F.W. On September 8, 1954 he was married to Norma Stevens at Trenton, Missouri. His survivors include his wife Norma of the home. Two sons Richard Rhoades, Kansas City, MO. , and Robert Rhoades , Kansas City, Mo. One sister Betty Ritz, Davenport, Iowa. One brother Paul Rhoades, Kingsville, Mo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Omar Rhoades, his mother Irene Rhoades, one son Steven Rhoades, and one sister Helen Harris.
