Mrs. Charles H. Armatage died this morning at her home on Woodlawn avenue, after a short illness. She was Miss Susan Elizabeth Denniston, daughter of General and Mrs. Gerrett Visscher Denniston, and is survived by her husband, Charles H. Armatage, and one daughter, Mrs. Carrie Armatage Miller. She was born in this city, and was educated in the Sacred Heart Convent.

•Gives the remainder of his estate, real & personal, to his two sisters Susan Armatage, wife of Charles Armatage and Mary Jane Denniston equally, share and share alike. Should either of his sisters die without issue, the same to go to the surviving sister.

•Leaves her friend Rachel Armatage wife of J. H. Armatage of Albany, a mink muff.
•Gives her sister in law Lousia Ostrauder her Howe sewing machine.
•Gives to her sister Susan Armatage $5000 dollars, in trust for the benefit of her sister's daughter, Carrie G. Armatage, to be invested in safe securities; the income to be applied for her benefit until she becomes 21. At which time the $5000 dollars and any income not applied, to be paid over to the said Carrie G.
•Gives her sister Susan Armatage her father's gold watch which was devised to her by her brother Garret, which is in the possession of Thomas Garrison, the executor of said Garret's will.
•All the remainder of her estate, real & personal, she leaves to her sister, Susan Armatage.
•Appoints her friend Hiram L. Washburn Jr of Albany, executor.
