SEQUATCHIE: Johnny "Big John" Hundley, 78, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013.
An Avid fisherman, he retired from Vulcan Sand and Gravel after 33 years of service, where he had worked as a supervisor. He attended Victory Baptist Church.
Big John was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Rachael Holder Hundley; and sisters, Bessie and Juanita Kilgore.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Stevens Hundley; children Linda (James) Mainord, Debbie (Robbie) McDaniel, Dewana (Bo) Hicks), Susan (Tommy) Newman; grandchildren, John Michael (Jill) Watts, Curtis (Jennifer) Hicks, Allen ( Heather) Hicks, Tonya (Andy) Ridge, Megan Watts, Michaela, Jason, and Jenny Newman; great-grandchildren, Lindsey and Erica Ridge, Laci, Caleb, Christopher and Jaylen Hicks, Ethan Newman and C. J. Bryant; brother, Larry Hundley.
Big John's funeral services will be conduct from the funeral home chapel at 2 pm CDT, on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, with Bro. Roger Webb officiating
