Surviving are a son, Kenneth, Colorado Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Cathy) Herl, living in Germany; one brother, James, Natchez, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Kenneth Duncan, Oklahoma City, Okla.; his mother, Mrs. Agatha Arnold, Hays; two grandchildren.

His wife and father preceded him in death.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. The American Legion will have graveside services. There will be a parish wake service at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brock's North Hill Chapel. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
