Robert Alfred Hall, 81, of Valley Mills, passed away Friday, February 21, 2014, at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014, in Valley Mills Cemetery. There will be no visitation or viewing.
Robert was born in Waco, Texas, to the late Fred Hall and Grace Estelle Myrick Hall. He worked with his father in Hall Construction Company for many years and also operated the Hall Ranch just outside of Valley Mills. Robert was a graduate of Baylor University. He was married to JoAnn Williams Kretzmeier.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, JoAnn; son, Robert Hall Jr., of Wylie; daughters, Heidi Hall Bass, of Dallas, and Audrey Hall, of Phoenixville, Pa.;, step-sons, Boots Kretzmeier, of Valley Mills, and Rudy Kretzmeier and wife, Connie, of Plano; grandchildren: Amber Bass and Timothy and Hannah Hall; great-grandchildren, Trinity and Timothy Hall; several step-grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
