On Nov.30,1939, he married Elizabeth H. Fischer in Hodgeman County. She died Sept.25,1979.
Survivors are two sons, Kenneth of Offerle,Ks and Keith of Bartlesville,Ok and a daughter, Marilyn Minson of Kinsley,Ks; sister, Cora Mae Briggs of Osage City,Ks; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Parish vigil was held at McKillip Funeral Home,Kinsley,Ks with Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hodgeman County with Father Rory O'Neill presiding.
