On Thursday, June 30, 2005, an Amber Alert was issued by the Chatham-Kent Police Service in relation to an investigation into the disappearance of 22 month-old, Donovan Gordon Clubb.
Detectives from the Waterloo Regional Police Service arrested 35 year-old Shawn Tyler Palmer(mothers boyfriend) on Friday, July 1, 2005. He was arrested on a warrant for abduction and turned over to the Chatham-Kent Police Service.
Palmer had taken Donovan, also known as Donny, on a fishing trip and told Catton (mother) he returned the child and put him to bed in her Chatham home on Wednesday night. On Thursday morning, Donovan wasn't there
