Margaret Vaulx Horsfall was the daughter of the Rev. James Junius Vaulx and Margaret Garside Vaulx. She attended the University of Arkansas. She married Frank Horsfall, Sr. on July 9, 1902 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Her father officiated at the ceremony. They had four children: Frank Horsfall, Jr., James Gordon Horsfall, William Robert Horsfall, and Margaret Edith Horsfall.
