Daniel D. Bastian, former resident of Allentown, died Wednesday, October 1, 1941 at his home, 512 Main Street, Riverton, New Jersey. He was suffering from a heart condition.
He was the son of the late Milton and Amanda (Flexer) Bastian and was survived, besides his wife, Cornelia, nee Goodnaur, Bastian, by a brother and sister; Raymond Bastian, Riverton, New Jersey and Tina Pierce, Allentown, Pennsylvania. A sister Jennie preceded him in death by four years.
Funeral services were held at his home in Riverton with continued services and burial in Jordan Lutheran Church Cemetery, Walberts.
