Arnecia was born Nov. 10, 1941, in Terrell to Helen Belcher and the late C.L. Lane. She lived a lot of her life in Albuquerque and Grants, NM. Arnecia was a healthcare records administrator at Cibola Hospital in Grants. She loved archeology, nature and children. She was an accomplished artist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald McKay in 1994; a son, James Roath in 2006; and two brothers, Charles and David Lane; her father, C.L. Lane; and her dad, Loyd Belcher.
Survivors include her mother, Helen B. Belcher of Terrell; a brother, John Belcher and wife Laurie of Amarillo; and many other extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home.
