Ared Walter was born in Richland Township, Greene County, Indiana on 23 Aug 1898, the son of George Washington and Eliza Jane "Jennie" (BAKER) WARREN. He was married in Greene County on 1 Sep 1920 to Mary Jane SIMMERS, who was born 1 Mar 1900, the daughter of Jess and Lula Ann (LINDSEY) SIMMERS. The were the parents of two children, Helen Madge and John Edward. Mary Jane died 5 Mar 1839 and Ared died 7 Feb 1967 and he is presently the last person buried in this cemetery.
