Visitation will be prior to services from 10-11 a.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.

Thelma is survived by her son, Bob Dade and wife Sherry of Odessa, Missouri; one daughter, Beverly Fangmann and husband Glen of Oak Grove, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Pam Blunk and husband Jerry of Raytown, Missouri and Sue Morningstar and husband Neal of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Ruth Beckham and husband Larry of Butler, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jeremy Fangmann, Kristin Liles and husband Chris, Seth Dade and Andrew Dade. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jim Dade and Gene Conrad; one son, Kenn Dade; and grandson, Glen James Dale.
