Mrs. Willie Maude Driskell, 75, died last Thursday in Mesa Lutheran
Hospital. Services were conducted Monday in Carr Mortuary with
interment following in Double Butte Cemetery. Mrs. Driskell, who
was born in San Antonio, had been a resident of Globe-Maimi
district since 1900. She moved to Tempe six years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Rigsby of Texas. Son,
J. Bailey Scott of Tempe. Three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Evans of
Globe, Mrs. Mattie Blaidell of Los Angeles and Mrs. Minnie
White of Homedale, Pennsylvania.
