Visiting was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home 9 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Friday. Religious services at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Smith. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by husband, James A. Alello, Baton Rouge; a daughter and son-in-law, Merle A. and Joseph F. Polito, Baton Rouge; a son and daughter-in-law, Robin and Gloria C. Alello, Baton Rouge; a sister, Alberta Chaney, Lake Jackson, Texas; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; a sister, Yvette Staring; and an infant son. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
