Clyde King 26 of Waterloo, plunged 50 feet to his death
Saturdayevening, April 27th in Brunswick, Georgia when the scaffold on which he was standing broke as he was working as a welder on an airplane hanger at the Glynco Naval Base.
King until recently was Operator of Irvin County welding shop, located on Douglas Highway in Ocilla.
Funeral services were held Monday in Waterloo. Burial was in Waterloo Cenetery with Paulk Funeral Home in charge of arrangments.
King was born in Ievin County October 30, 1930, the son of Mr. and Mrs W.M. King of Waterloo.
He is survived by his wife, Gelene, one son and two daughters and three sisters.
