HOUTZDALE - Martin Bartosh, 84 formerly of Morann, died Monday in his home at 8616 Lauder St., Detroit, Mich. He had resided at Detroit for about 45 years.
Born in Austria Nov. 9, 1883, he was a son of Michael and Catherine (Lagwanes) Bartosh. he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Elizabeth Hollis, on April 3, 1960.
Surviving are on daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Virginia) Violette of Clarkston, Mich., three grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Roy Custo and Mrs. Katherine Taszarek, both of Morann, a brother, Michael Bartosh of Nashville, Tenn., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Requiem mass will be sung tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. in sacred Heart catholic Church, Houtzdale, with the Rev. L. M. Kuziora as celebrant. Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery at Osceola Mills.
Friends may call in the Raymond M. Hayes Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
Rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 8 p.m. today.
