Ms. Betty Jean Mancil, age 71, passed away at her residence on Saturday, February 15, 2014 following an extended illness. Ms. Mancil was born on September 1, 1942 in Douglas, GA to the late George Williams and Ruby Gibson Williams.
Ms. Mancil is survived by two sons: Kenny Mancil of Douglas, GA and Jimmy Mancil of Columbus, MS; one sister, Pat Carver of Douglas, GA; one brother, Edward Williams of Douglas, GA ; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at Sims Funeral Home on February 17, 2014 with graveside service at Bethany Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery, Ambrose, GA.
