Thomas Rogers was originally buried at Fort McHenry, Baltimore. He was never buried in Loudon Park National Cemetery, but there is an interment card for him in Loudon Park Cemetery. There is a section for Confederates in Section V, Confederate Hill in the Civilian Cemetery.

He is not listed as buried in that cemetery anymore . Many Soldiers were returned "home" after the war.
