Wilbert E. Taylor of Cochranton, Crawford County, died yesterday after his truck skidded on a snowy Georgetown Road in New Vernon, Mercer County, and overturned, state police said. Taylor, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the truck and died at the scene.
