Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. He was a member of Central Church. He leaves his wife, Imigene Balding; a daughter, Mrs. Marla Northcut of Germantown; a son, Mark Balding of Boston; a sister, Mrs. Alberta George of Ward, Ark.; two brothers, Tolbert Balding of Ward, Ark., and Ray Balding of New Albany, Ind., and two grandchildren.
