Charles Lee Prosser, 63, former Franklin resident, died Friday. He was born May 11, 1902, in Oil City, son of William and Zua Bennett Prosser. Years ago he lived in Prospect Park (Rocky Grove).

Surviving are a brother, John Prosser of Sioux Falls, SD; three sisters, Mrs. M. M. (Isabelle) Muse of Tucson, AZ, Mrs. C. D. (Alice) Keith, Romoland, CA, and Mrs. John C. (Margaret) Thompson of Arnold MO. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Francis and William, and a sister, Mrs. Marion (Hilda) Scott.

Services will be at 1 pm Thursday at Burger Funeral Home with Rev. Frank A. Towers, pastor of Fox Street Church of God, officiating. Interment will be in Sandy Cemetery.
