Donald Ray Chaney of Baton Rouge passed away on February 8, 2014. Donald was born on February 3, 1944. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Alder Chaney and Mary Elma Brashear Chaney; and brother, Randy Chaney. Donald attended Redemptorist High School. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hutchinson Chaney; sister in law, Susanne Chaney; niece, Heather Chaney Parsons; nephew, Trevor Chaney; great niece, Avery Parsons; and a great number of friends and family. He attended Healing Place Church. Donald will be missed by all who knew him for his kindness, sense of humor, and love of laughter.
