A heart attack at an early hour Friday, August 20, 1965, caused the sudden death of Frank J. Krafczak, 79, a lifelong Princeton resident. He had been in ill health the past year.
Visitation was a the Wilsey Funeral Home, Princeton, on Sunday and the rosary vigil was held in the evening. Monday morning, August 23, funeral services were at 9 o'clock in St. John the Baptist Catholic church. Rev. Josef Cleciorka officiated Burial was in the parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were Vincent Weiske, Harry Novak, Anton Novak, Aloysius Novak, Ed Washkovick and Frank Nickodem.
Mr. Krafczak, a retired farmer, was born on November 14, 1885, township of Princeton. His parents were Ignatius and Anna Krafczak. He was a lifelong member of the Catholic church and its Hoy Name Society and the Court of the Catholic Order of Foresters, a meeting he had attended Thursday evening only a few hours before his death.
He is survived by his wife, the former Anna Klapoetke, whom he married on November 8, 1922, in Princeton. They were parents of two foster children, Mrs. John Petruske (Beverly) of Princeton and John Kostecki of Milwaukee.
Survivors with his wife Anna and the two children are four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; also, three sisters, Mrs. Mary Polus and Mrs. Sophie (August) Sauerbreit, of Princeton, and Mrs. Martha Goszinski of Milwaukee.
Relatives and friends attending the funeral were from Milwaukee, Montello, Poynette and Princeton.
