Percy Morrison was a school teacher in several communities, St. Anne, Bradley & Wilmington I know for sure. When he was growing up near Lowell, IN. He participated in the "Lone Scouts of America" program run out of Chicago, IL by W.D.Boyce, the Chief Totem. He held both the First & Second Degree Medals, which I have in my possession. He was the Scout Master of Troop 104, Rainbow Council, of Kankakee, IL and frequently worked the summers in the Camp Craft area of the Morris Boy Scout Reservation. He married Flossie Lola Love.
