Westminster, SC – Virgie Nell Fricks Williams, 89, wife of Roy Donald Williams, of 1011 East North Avenue, passed away Sunday, February 02, 2014 at her residence.
Born in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Jasper Benson and Sarah Wilson Fricks. Mrs. Williams worked in the finishing dept at J.P. Stevens and later worked as a nutritionist for Lila Doyle. She was a member of Chauga Baptist Church.
Survivors in addition to her husband include a son; daughter; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Paul King; and her daughter, Linda King.
A funeral service will be held 11 am, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Chauga Baptist Church Cemetery.
