Edward was born March 12, 1948 in Oklahoma City, the son of Frank Leader Moses and Vivian Mae (Osage) Moses. He attended the Fairfax Schools and graduated high school at St. Gregory's in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He was attending the Catholic University in St. Louis when he was drafted by the Army to serve in Vietnam. Eddie was a photographer, owning his own business. He was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post 198 in Pawhuska. He had lived in Pawhuska the past 15 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Edward Scott Moses; two brothers, Andrew Knuckles and Clifford Kemohah, Jr.; one granddaughter, Mariah Beech.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Grayhorse Tribal Chapel, located southeast of Fairfax. John RedEagle will preside over the services. Burial will follow in the A.J. Powell Cemetery at Hominy, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home in Fairfax. (Hunsaker Wooten)
