Funeral services for Curtis Ray Adams, 72 of Monterey,LA will be held at Larto Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Lloyd Trisler officiating.
Interment will follow at Pease Cemetery, Larto, LA, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Curtis Ray Adams was born on Saturday, April 19, 1941 in Book, LA. and passed away Sunday, February 09, 2014 at Monterey, LA.
He was a resident of Monterey, a member of the Baptist Faith. Curtis worked and retired from Angelina Plantation with over 29 years of service. He loved hunting and fishing and the outdoors.
He was preceeded in death by:

Mother - Essie White Adams
3 Brothers- Bennett Adams, Otto Adams and William L. Adams
Survivors include:
Wife of 51 years - Peggy Adams, Monterey, LA,
Sister - Belva Arnold and her husband Earnest, Jena, LA,
Sister - Carolyn Vercher and her husband Eugene, Ball, LA,

Pallbearers will be James Adams, Jo Adams, Dalton Book, Ben Adams, Lamar LaPrarie and Lee Farris.
