Herbert B. Allard
Exeter - Herbert B. Allard, 65, a longtime resident of 9 Carroll St. died unexpectedly today in Rye. Mr. Allard was a native of Exeter and a retired line foreman of the public Services Co. out of the Portsmouth offices.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Susan Derosier of Concord and Mrs. Nancy Hanson of Reno Nev. and several grandchildren.
