BILLY, David Lee
David Lee Billy, 29, of Mena, Arkansas and a former resident of Battiest, Oklahoma died in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born in Battiest, Oklahoma and had lived in that area for most of his life.
David was preceded in death by his father, Louis Billy in 1974; a brother James Billy in 1985; and two sisters, Loretta Billy in 1985 and Linda WILLIS in 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Regina; his mother, Lucy; a step-son, Terry; a daughter Rosemary; two brothers, Kenneth and Elvis; and two sisters, Alice and Alice.
Burial was at St. John's cemetery in Rufe, Oklahoma.
