Information from the Sisters of Charity: "Julia entered the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati on March 25, 1870, when the Congregation numbered about 300 members. Julia made vows and received the name Sister Mary Felix in 1872. She was then sent out to do the work of the Community, probably in hospitals. We have only two of these listed---St. Mary's Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado (1888-1902) and St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico (1905- ? )
Some time later Sister was sent back to the Motherhouse. She died here on February 2, 1918. (Not of the flu—too early) She is buried in our Sisters of Charity Cemetery here at Mount St. Joseph , Ohio."
