Thomas Hervey Cook passed away suddenly at the age of 71 on January 31st in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by parents, Worth J and Adolia Hall Cook, and his sister Barbara Cook Bryant. Tom is survived by his wife Vicki Cook, his sister Loretta Cook Hayden, and his brother William "Bill" Cook.

Also survived is his former wife, Jacqualine Cozart, along with their three children, Tammi Cook Ellason, Karen Cook Bates, Christi Cook Haggard and by marriage his step daughter Sabra Conn. As well as his several grandchildren, Clinton Haggard, Cobie Haggard, Sydney Ellason and Cortlyn Conn.

Tom retired after a long tenure and several dedicated years in Upper Management with Southwestern Bell Telecommunications Company. He went on to build his retirement home so that he could enjoy the "golden years" at Cedar Creek Lake in Mabank, Texas.

He was an extremely proud and passionate man, lived life to the fullest, and enjoyed spending time with family and good friends. He always gave his best at everything he did and actively pursued his interests in ham radio, hot rods and model airplanes.

He was cherished by so many who knew and loved him, he will be greatly missed until we see him again!
