She was born on October 6, 1942, in San Marcos, to Edna Phidelia Winfield Means and E.B. Means. Wanda was a retired realtor.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Evers; children, Nita Jeanes and her husband, Keith; Rachelle Evers; Lena Neugebauer and her husband, Rusty; and Robert Evers, Jr. and his wife, Mellissa; eight grandchildren; four great-granchildren; and sisters, Glenda Fenton, Patti Graham, Rita Alford, and Anita Olson.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Christi Lyn Evers.
Interment: Holland Cemetery, Kountze, Texas.
