Last rites for Charles W. Martin, 83, of Poway, will be held Friday at the Palm Mortuary Chapel. The Rev. Elmer A. Jeske, minister of the Poway Community Church, officiated.
A resident of Poway since about 1942. Mr. Martin was a rancher there. He retired three years ago. He died Tuesday in a Poway rest home. There were no immediate survivors.
Interment was at Mount Hope Cemetery, San Diego, beside his wife, Ethel, whom he married at Kansas City, Mo., in 1910.
