Car Injuries Claim Maue Harrington
Mrs. Maude E. Harrington, 84, of Sacramento died in a Sacramento hospital yesterday morning from injuries received in an auto accident.
The woman's injuries, which prove fatal, were received Sunday afternoon when the vehicle in which she was riding hit a power pole near Aerojet-General Corporation east of Sacramento.
A native of Iowa, she came to Thornton 55 years ago, moved to Stockton in 1921 and three years ago to Sacramento. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Stockton.
She is survived by one son, S.A. Harrington of Sonora; three daughters, Mrs. Muriel Hangen of Stockton, Mrs. Alta Harrington of Rocklin and Mrs. Arta Helbrook of Sacramento; one sister, Mrs. Olive Harrington of Roseville; eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
