Dorothy May Sellers, 94 of 730 School St., Culver, Indiana; formerly of the Argos Community died February 4, 2014 at 2:25 p.m. at Millers Merry Manor, Culver, Indiana. She had been in declining health for the last 5 years.

Dorothy was born on April 3, 1919 in Nappanee, Indiana to Shirley & Ruth (Gibbons) Freese.

She had lived in the Argos community all of her life until going to the Nursing Home in Culver 5 years ago.

On November 15, 1936 in Knox, Indiana she married Henry G. Sellers. He preceded her in November 2002. She was a housewife along with working at Hart, Schaffner, & Marx in Rochester for nearly 30 years.

She attended Argos community school, and was involved with Fulton County 4-H. Dorothy was a past member of Rochester I.O.O.F. Rebekah Lodge and was very involved with Fulton County Farm Bureau.

Dorothy is survived by her Daughters – Marilyn Schumann and husband Richard of Plymouth, Indiana; Marlene Mencl and husband Jim of Rochester, Indiana; and Marcia Harris and husband Tim of Plymouth, Indiana.
Sons – Marion "Butch" F. Sellers and wife Sandy of Culver, Indiana; and Martin "Marty" A. Sellers of Rochester, Indiana
11 Grandchildren 15 Great-Grandchildren 1 Great Great-Grandchild
Sister – Jeanette Selge and husband Gary of Anthen, Arizona.

She is preceded in Death by her Parents, Husband, Son – Marvin "Sonny" H. Sellers, and Brother – Lloyd Freese.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday February 10, 2014 from 10 am - 2 pm at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana.

Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. February 10, 2014 at the funeral home.
Pastor Robert Metzger will be officiating the funeral service.

Burial will follow at the Maxinkuckee I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Poplar Grove, State Road 10, Culver, Indiana.
