Born to Daniel (Brum) McMillan and Maude Lorelia (Rela) Horner on July 26, 1922 in Heber City. Helen graduated from Wasatch High School and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from Weber State University.
Helen married Victor Earl Bell on January 28, 1942. They were later divorced. The joy of her life was her son, Kurt Warren Bell, born February 25, 1945.
Helen held numerous jobs in federal civil service. She earned her private pilots license in 1947 and purchased her own Cessna 140 airplane. She loved flying with her son, Kurt, and had many beloved adventures.
Helen was preceded in death by her son, Kurt Warren Bell. A special thanks to the Neil and Lynette Clegg family for the years of devoted love and Christ-like service rendered to Helen. They are Helen's extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 North Main Street, Heber City. A viewing will be held prior to the services at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow in the Heber City Cemetery.
